United States: Alice Stewart passed away. She was a longtime CNN political analyst and adviser to multiple Republican presidential campaigns. She was fifty-eight.
Stewart’s corpse was discovered outside early on Saturday morning in the northern Virginia suburb of Belle View, law enforcement officials told CNN. Officers think a medical emergency occurred and are not suspecting foul play.
Passing of a Political Analyst
The CEO of CNN, Mark Thompson, wrote an email to employees on Saturday saying, “Alice was a very dear friend and colleague to all of us at CNN.” “An Emmy Award-winning journalist and political seasoned veteran, she brought an unparalleled energy to CNN’s coverage and was well-known throughout our bureaus for her unshakable kindness as well as her political intelligence. Our hearts ache as we deal with this incredible loss.
While the official cause of her death has not been revealed yet and several social media users without any evidence are claiming that she was ‘forced’ into taking COVID-19 vaccine, causing her demise.
She used to work with CNN as a political commentator and also worked on number of GOP presidential campaigns.
Tributes and Reflections
Before relocating to Little Rock, Arkansas, to work as a news anchor, Stewart began her career as a local reporter and producer in Georgia, she told Harvard International Review. She later worked for Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee as his director of communications before taking on a similar position during his 2008 presidential campaign.

Career Highlights and Contributions
She also worked as the communications director for former Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann and then Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum, a former CNN pundit, in their respective Republican presidential campaigns of 2012. Stewart most recently oversaw communications for Texas senator Ted Cruz’s GOP presidential campaign in 2016.
Prior to the 2016 election, CNN hired Stewart as a political analyst. She has since made numerous appearances on the show to offer her opinions on the day’s political news, most notably on Friday’s episode of “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.”
Colleague and Friend Tributes
Blitzer said to Jessica Dean on “CNN Newsroom,” “We always invited her to come on my show because we knew we would be a little bit smarter at the end of that conversation.” “We will miss her so much because she made our viewers understand what was going on better.”
Dana Bash, chief political correspondent for CNN and a close friend of Stewart’s from her days working for the Huckabee campaign, described her Saturday as “someone who told it straight.” Bash and Stewart have known one other for almost 20 years.
“She brought that experience, which is just one of the many reasons she was so valuable to us on our political panels,” Bash continued. “She contributed that knowledge of Republican politics and campaign tactics, and she never, ever did it with anything other than a smile”
